If you want to know more about me...
"I am walking the path of authenticity, integrity, connection,
empowerment, transformation. I see myself as an evolutionary, here on Earth to care, dance and experience Life, while helping with healing, regeneration and co-creation of a more human society." |
My name is Arianna Benedetta, born in Italy in 1971, Libra rising Sagittarius. I grew up in the foggy north of Italy and managed it thanks to music and friends! I moved to Switzerland for university, where I spent about 20 years and became half Swiss.
I studied European languages and literature, receiving my Bachelor of Arts Degree from Franklin College Switzerland. I worked for 10 years in marketing, first fashion and then wellness industries. I collaborated for 3 years in the organization and sales of Tisana, the Swiss Natural Wellness Exhibition in Lugano, Ticino. I have cooperated for one year with the Swiss magazine Mutamenti, where I published my interviews with Raimon Panikkar, Krishnananda and Amana Trobe. |
My main teachers have been Life, Selene Calloni Williams (Yoga and Shamanism), Kumu Keala Ching/Kumu Mira/Kumu Lorenza (Hawaiian teachings), Milena Rotmann (Family Constellations, inner child and shadow work), Raviji (Hatha Yoga and meditation), Jacopo Ceccarelli (Anukalana Yoga), Diane Seadancer (Women Circles, Native teachings of the Twisted Hairs), Krishnatakis (Thai Yoga Massage and Meditation), Krishnananda and Amana Trobe (Learning Love Institute, inner child and trauma healing work), Clinton Callahan (Possibility Management, archetypal adult initiatory processes and Gabor Mate (trauma work, Compassionate Inquiry). Last but not least my husband, Igor Olivier Ezendam (Feeling Sound personal growth tools and Western Sufi teachings of Hazrat Inayat Khan).
|
My role models vary from Wangari Maathai to Vandana Shiva, from Yogananda to Edward Bach. I find a lot of inspiration in the teachings of the natives and in the amazing people I meet when I follow my heart. I support all that helps Human Beings become more human, awake and alive, connected with themselves, others and Nature.

In 2002 I got married and pregnant, the sudden death of the baby shortly before the end of the pregnancy was the catalyst of major changes that followed in the next years. Self inquiry, several kinds of therapy, yoga, a deep dive into my beliefs and my limitations, divorce and a new life.
In 2003 I began studying the Bach flower remedies. I attended workshops as well as one year of the Swiss Academy of Flower therapy. I collaborated in the translation into Italian of Julian Barnard’s book “The Bach Flower Remedies. The Essence Within”, published in 2016. In 2008 I co-created the first Massage and Holistic Health festival in Lugano, Switzerland: Massaggia-ti! This event started out of pure passion, has been an innovative interactive platform for 5 years, accomplishing its main purpose of connecting practitioners and informing people about the importance of holistic well-being. |
In 2012 I decided to join my partner Igor and devote my time to the Feeling Sound projects of travels and retreats. Ten years after we are married and still fully committed to co-creating! We have traveled and sang in many countries, participated in more than 50 festivals, co-hosted hundreds of workshops and retreats, witnessing people's faces and hearts open as we sing together.
Since 2010 I have been teaching Yoga, offering individual consultations of Bach Flowers as well as Lomi Lomi massage. Since 2019 I also offer Emotional Healing processes, somatic sessions that support people in releasing and transforming old trauma, emotions and self sabotaging patterns. I enjoy coaching individuals, couples and small groups alone as well as together with my husband Igor, for an even more powerful and balanced holistic experience. |
At the moment we live between France and Greece, learning Permaculture and Ecosystem Restoration to honor the earth and grow the food that we eat.
Locally we work on Eco-community, composting and recycling projects. Internationally, we travel to share Singing Freedom workshops and retreats, for more information visit www.feelingsound.com. |
